AMUSED collects personal information ("Personal Data") that will be subjected to computer processing in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council ("Personal Data").

What Personal Data is collected?
The personal data collected is as follows.
For all visitors: Googgle Analytics statistics. For registered users: Full name Email address. Those data can be modified at any time. Cookies and analytics In accordance with EU's legislation, we inform you that AMUSED uses cookies in order to manage sessions and user's preferences.

Why and under what basis do we collect and/or process your Personal Data?
Processing your personal data is necessary for our legitimate interests in providing services to you, to help improve our resources and for the purposes of day-to-day running of the AMUSED Platform and underlying infrastructure.
Your Personal Data are collected and/or processed in order to: Provide the user access to the service (including delivery of service and access right management) Conduct and monitor data protection activities Conduct and monitor security activities With whom do we share your Personal Data? Your Personal Data will be kept confidential and not handed out to third parties.

How long do we save your Personal Data?
Your Personal Data is stored for no longer than the time required for the purpose for which it was collected and/or processed as previously described within the limits of the applicable legal and contractual, tax and social provisions and to protect its lawful interests.
